We think that women are intelligent, capable and hard working. We know you can make decisions without having to told that you need 'secrets to weight loss.

So you won't find any weight loss or training secrets (because there aren't any - there is however some great information we are happy to share). Or weight loss supplements you need to purchase - mostly these 'work' short term leaving you in the same situation down the track.

You certainly won't find any patronising, grandiose statements and unqualified 'testimonials' from 'clients'.

We focus on our clients, their training and the best way to get their results. We utilise programs that are well researched, capable of being used long term and teach clients how to be independent. You'll get education, support and modification of movements to suit your individual needs. Yes, even in groups.

All the information for our programs is here on these pages. You can have a look, get started or contact us for further information. No fancy, slick sales techniques, no contracts or fees - we got out of gyms because we wanted to work with clients to help them.

Let's be upfront about a few things: all our group sessions are $18.50. Yes, you can swap days, locations and class types as you want or need to. It's your training - we work for you! And you can pay as you go. No big up front fees. You'll find we have arranged our training plans to suit women. Flexible attendances, multiple locations and class types.

And not one single guy telling you what to do (let's face it, we do have enough of that in other areas of our life). We understand female anatomy, physiology and how this affects your biomechanics.

It's not just about calories in vs calories out. It's about making training available to you in your busy schedule. It's about variety, proper instruction, support and educational tools that will help you get the weight loss and results you want.

WHY OUTDOORS?
The combination of exercising outdoors is greater than the sum of its parts. Outdoor exercise tends to encourage more complex movements often performed on varied ground surfaces.

This creates a greater development of coordination and strength in the muscles which stabilize the body. Increased strength in movement has a better correlation to life’s daily challenges such as carrying shopping or running up the stairs than isolated muscle strength created through restricted movement patterns performed on machines.

Our NEW brilliant kickstart program for Perth women!

OUR 21 DAY 'BRUTAL' Program is the kickstart you have been waiting for! We know if you get fast results initially, you are more likely to get to your long term goals.

You'll work completely under the supervision of a Trainer who will be in contact with you over the 21 days and because we offer mobile, studio and outdoor programs in many locations, we can help you get started on the program with sessions convenient to your home or workplace.

Your Trainer will set your program with you for the 21 days - there is no flexibility at all. And you will be given a strict, non-negotiable diet that we expect you to stick to every day over the duration of the program.
