Personal training with Babes on the Run means results! We are dedicated to bringing the best strength and fitness programs to women! Babes on the Run only does women’s fitness and prescribe programs based on getting you the best possible results - quickly!
No more starving yourself or fad diets, we work with you to get lasting, measurable results and improve your overall health. All our ‘Babes’ Trainers are women too and we not only specialise in prescribing programs, we also understand the female form first hand.

A ’Babes’ Personal Trainer means your workouts are going to be effective, the results are evident and you reach the goals you set! Our Training programs are all based on our unique metabolic conditioning methods. You’ll get a no nonsense, powerful, results-focused workout that delivers the results you require.
You’ll work a bit harder and push yourself just that bit further – a Babes Trainer gets you started and keeps you on track.

What can you expect? Postural analysis, corrective work, ensuring proper muscle activation, periodised training, metabolic conditioning – and you’ll meet a group of like-minded women getting out and about in your local area.
Training with Babes on the Run will give you the skills and knowledge you’ll need for lifelong fitness and health. We teach everything you need to know about health and exercise to stay fit and healthy!
Babes on the Run doesn’t hire contractors nor does it charge it’s employees ’rent’ for clients, uniform or equipment fees. We place a high value on skills, communication and education and reward our experienced, professional Trainers accordingly. Babes on the Run continually educates and works with all our staff to ensure a high level of service, great results for clients and Trainers that are recognised for their work.
What does this mean for you? Consistency with the same Trainer guarantees you results. It also means you are supporting a company that supports fair and equitable treatment of it’s Trainers. All these things make the difference for you - our clients!
