‘Babes on the Run’ was developed byPersonal Trainer Justine Guest and her team to balance the specific fitness needs of women of all ages and stages.

All our Babes Trainers share the same passion for women’s health! We are dedicated to bringing women the best strength training and fitness programs in a no-nonsense format that simply gets results.

We put in more of the things you like - like education, support, training hard and learning how to control your weight - and we’ve taken out the things you don’t like - big upfront payments, inflexible booking systems, joining fees, smelly blokes and patronising, always the same circuits.

With any of our ‘Babes’ programs, rest assured you’re with like-minded women! Women’s bodies ARE different to men’s so we need to do things in a way that suits us! And, most importantly, at ‘Babes’ we know it’s our job to make exercise a great experience so all our clients look forward to being active for life!

We don’t have courses with start dates - you get started when YOU are ready. By starting only one or two new clients at a time, we get to know you, your bodies strategies for movements and we can modify and personalise movements for you! We don’t have rugby style instructors or men used to training sport groups taking your sessions - our all female staff are fulltime Babes employees dedicated to bringing you the very best female specific training. That doesn’t mean we take it easy or patronise you with basic exercises- it just means we understand how to get the best out of you!

You’ll get full instruction and training on everything from how to run and breathe through to obstacle courses and weight training for lean muscles. What you do is based on your fitness and ability - and as you progress, so do your workouts!

What your Babes trainer teaches you stays with you for life. We regularly train with the latest in research, techniques and equipment so we can pass on proven, reliable information to our clients.

We understand health and fitness is not just a thing you do for a few weeks, but something you need to be able to incorporate for life. Therefore the information we pass on is not for ‘quick fixes’ or short term gains, but the specifics you require for life long gains.

As our client, you will learn how to put a program together, how to train properly and all about nutrition. We will never give you a ‘standard’ routine or put you on machines because it’s easier or more cost effective for us.

A lot of our programs are made up of small, local groups of women. It’s our aim to put women in touch with other women in their area who are on the same journey. We know that you will succeed on your journey if you have support, if your training is social and you have access to proper education. It’s just wonderful to realize you aren’t the only one and that other women have made it – why can’t you?

Babes on the Run is fully registered with Fitness Australia and all our Personal Trainers are fully insured.

We use Fitness Australia standards through out the business as our bench mark standards.

Fitness Australia is the peak governing body for Personal Trainers throughout Australia.

Book online with our new Mind Body online diary and shopping cart.

To shop, simply search the tab in Mind Body of the program you are interested in - Babe Squad - boot camp
- Babes Pram-fit - post natal program you can bring baby and toddlers to
- Appointments - for personal training.

From there, you do need to log into the system - creating a name and password enables you to book securely and pay safely.

The Babes Boutique - has all of our services and some of our products - so for purchasing Revitalise products - you click on the boutique and the retail store tab in the top right corner is highlighted.

To the right of the Retail Tab, there is the Series and Memberships Buttons for purchasing Personal Training.

Next right is Gift Certificates and Credits - you can purchase for someone else or pay for another person here.

The far right button says Contracts and Packages - this is where you purchase your fortnightly sessions - we are trying to rename Contracts as we don’t have any - we just work two weeks ahead.

For current clients, please update as much information as you can - I may need to ’verify’ you which I am trying to do a couple of times a day so you can access your accounts immediately.

The basis of the new online diary is to give clients the ability to book, move and update their sessions, programs and details in real time. It gives control back to the client on when, where and how often they come.
