You deserve more than a room full of circuit equipment! You need specific advice tailored to you! You need someone to take an interest in your goals, show you how to train, what to eat and to support you on your way to getting to your goals.

And that’s where we differ from your typical ’women’s’ programs. Your Trainer is your coach, your mentor and your cheerleader.

Our all Personal Trainers design their sessions to meet the specific needs of the women attending.

We take the time and energy to ensure that no two workouts are ever the same. Babes sessions are always different, challenging and rewarding. Our boot camps focus on form and technique - we don’t make you do an exercise over and over for the sake of it.

You’ll get the benefits of Personal Training without the cost! Our unique program focus on exercises for women that maximize fat loss and really BOOST your metabolism. You also get a progressive program of cardio training too - we’ll teach how to run and get you doing things you only ever dreamt about!

We’ve taken out the things you don’t like - expensive class fees, joining fees, big upfront course payments, male instructors, blokes in the sessions and we’ve made it all about you! Fortnightly bookings, women’s fitness specialists, female trainers, flexible bookings systems, ability to change locations, time and trainers so you get the results you need. We include education, support and our trainers will show you just what your body can do!

The best advice we can give you? Start now - the first session is the hardest but once you’ve done that, you’re over thinking about it and on your way to doing it.

We don’t have courses with start dates - you get started when YOU are ready. By starting only one or two new clients at a time, we get to know you, your bodies strategies for movements and we can modify and personalise exercises to suit your ability! We don’t have rugby style instructors or men used to training sport groups taking your sessions - our all female staff are fulltime Babes employees dedicated to bringing you the very best female specific training. That doesn’t mean we take it easy or patronise you with basic routines - it just means we understand how to get the best out of you!

Our training takes you to your limit - and we like you to finish each session with an accomplishment or a PB (Personal Best). You’ll get full instruction and training on everything from how to run, breathe and through to obstacle courses and weights. What you do is based on your fitness and ability - and as you progress, so do your workouts!
