Babes on the Run supports healthy weight loss and proper nutrition. The support products we use provide education and self awareness to enable you to work through any ‘sticking’ points. Every client has obstacles but it’s how you deal with them that makes the difference! Our Weight Loss Program ensures we have regular contact with you throughout the week to offer support, advice and keep you on track.
The Babes Backup program provides a 12 week Training Regime that would see your trainer take over your training AND coaching while keeping you accountable for your nutrition. And the end result – you will lose weight!
We help you to get the body you want by making a few small changes every day. And we provide you with further support through our ‘Coach Yourself to Wellness’ program that assists you in working through your barriers so you can make lasting changes to your lifestyle with the support and assistance of your Trainer.
Our Babes Weight loss program is a Personal Training and Coaching program that helps to address diet, mind set and exercise over 12 weeks.
- 2 x Babe Squad boot camp each week – 1 hour sessions that push you to your limit but also to create supportive networks of like minded women in your local area
- 1 x Babes One-on-One 30 minute session each week – Express sessions that are personalised to sculpt and tone the areas you want to work on
- 6 week complete weight loss and diet by nutrionist Jo Beer – Revitalise - learn how to eat to lose weight with a complete program that never leaves you hungry and BOOSTS your metabolism. Pack comes complete with food portion plate.
- 6 week Coach yourself to Wellness program including 1 x coaching session each fortnight. We stay in touch with you even when you aren’t training and work on reaching the goals you have set. We set goals each fortnight and keep you moving forward!
- Ongoing online assistance - a trainer is available to answer your food and exercise questions via email.
- 12 week personalised training program. We give you ’homework’ that is easy to follow and will get you to the place you want to be just that little bit faster. All homework is of moderate intensity.
