Our all female team of Master Trainers design their classes to meet the specific needs of the women in our Babe Squads. ‘Babes’ Trainers are specialized women’s fitness practitioners that understand your needs, your body and how to get the best out of you! No two workouts are ever the same. Get the benefits of Personal Training without the cost! Enjoy the social, fun atmosphere along with toning and weight-loss. We use body weight plus resistance to do whole body and multi-muscle exercises that maximize fat loss and really BOOST your metabolism. A progressive program of cardio training supports your resistance program and increases your fitness too.
