PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM: Always tell your doctor you are intending to start a new workout so you can get the all clear. If you had a C-Section you should wait at least 10-12 weeks before starting an exercise regime. If you had a vaginal birth you should wait at least 6 weeks before starting an exercise regime.
