Our women’s only knock out training program – for upper boxy strength and conditioning as well as overall tone!
With Trainers experienced in boxing and kickboxing, we’ve put together a program that pulls no punches! We know that when like-minded women exercise with a common goal, they get really energised.

Anybody can do it. The great group atmosphere will get you motivated. To help you do your best, we’ll set you up with a workout partner for some parts of the session. We’ll target all those trouble areas on your body. Your training includes: punching the pads, boxing footwork, running, strength and conditioning exercises to target the stomach, hips, thighs and arms.
Hand-eye coordination, balance and timing – instructors will teach you a sequence of moves that include punching, weaving, and ducking which utilise all these skills
Cardiovascular workout – classes often involve sprints and a moving joust with your partner to keep your heart rate up
Upper and lower body strength training.
