Sole Mates Running
If you’re like lots of women, you’ve done a lot of walking, but you’ve never run before or it’s been years since you last ran.
Or you might feel a bit intimidated to get out there and start running because you’ve never been shown how so you feel really self concious. This corrective and functional running clinic will help you ease into the sport or improve your technique in other sessions like bootcamp.
This program will focus on developing your running specific strength and mobility. Each week you’ll go through a workout to build your running muscles, core stability and improve your functional flexibility. The second part of the workout will be running drills and technique work. Now is the perfect time to build strength and mobility to prepare for a personal best season in 2011.

Tuesday 5.45pm – South Perth foreshore
Thursday 5.45pm – South Perth foreshore
Sunday 8am – South Perth Foreshore
Costs: $18.50 per session or available on our $25 per week unlimited group training program!
