You’ll work completely under the supervision of a Trainer who will be in contact with you over the 21 days via phone and with face to face sessions. Your Trainer will work very closely with you to set your timetable within the program and offer ongoing support each day.
You will receive a strict, portion controlled diet that we expect you to stick to every day over the duration of the program. The good news is that the food is really easy to prepare and delicious – plus it’s easy to incorporate into your lifestyle after the 21 days. There’s no starvation, cutting out of food groups – the menu is suitable for the whole household. Jo Beer, Revitalises’ Nutritionist and Dietitican, has created this plan for us specifically to target fat loss for women training hard so you can recover and build lean muscle as you go!

We do not believe in meal replacements nor fads that have the potential to harm your body and slow your metabolism. Our program fires up your metabolic rate (instead of starving it and slowing it down so you put on weight after), we work with you to teach you how and what to eat, how much and when with the daily support of a face to face training session and post session follow up phone call to keep you on track.
