Fav Exercise: My signature exercise would be a lower abs set: lying on your back knees bent up engaging core and lifting feet off the ground to tap heel toe for length of time and then rolling over to hold plank. Other signature exercises would definitely include yoga stretches.

Hello I’m Diana, but you can call me Dee!

 

Not only do I have my Cert in Personal Training, I also have my qualification in Massage completing Certificate 4 and covering Sports Massage, Deep tissue and Trigger Point.

I am very passionate about living a healthily and active lifestyle, however not forgetting to have fun as well.  I started off at the age of 5 as a dancer mainly jazz and tap. Fifteen years later my social life kicked off and I decided to find boys, travel, and live it up … ‘so to speak!!!’

Whilst travelling I saw that a healthy and active lifestyle was needed to be able to do the adventures I dreamt of doing.  I would not have been able to walk 42 miles through the Yorkshire Moors for Charity and climb Mt Sinai and the steps of Petra in Jordon.

I enjoy challenges and find myself trying new things when I get time and I always make time for yoga.

Since returning to Australia I decided to extend my knowledge on fitness and become a Personal Trainer to share my knowledge and help motivate others to achieve their goals.
