Babes on the Run Personal Training is for women who want results and expert guidance!
Babes on the Run provides Personal Training programs that take you from being a beginner (or starting again) through to independent and able to take charge of your own training. BUT just because we specialise in women’s fitness, doesn’t mean we take it easy. Babes on the Run was started as an antidote to the ‘women’s programs’ available in the mass market that cost a lot but delivered nothing. We train our clients to be the best possible athlete they can be and we work with equipment used by athletes, military personnel and professional sports coaches. We provide opportunities to use equipment and participate in drills you may not normally have had exposure to – and this is where the fun begins!
In conjunction with your training, we also use a specialised training diary to track your everyday diet/exercise so we can work with you closely (even in our small groups). You also have a choice between indoor studio workouts at our Osborne Park studio or outdoor mobile training sessions.
No prior experience is necessary as we’ll teach you everything you need to know from how to breathe through to how to run. Full support offered as is online assistance at any time.
Your training program will be designed around you – we make sure it is flexible, varied and challenging. Get the results you want with the support you need! There is no price difference for up to 4 people in a group. Families and partners are welcome too!
