We’re not going to tell you it’s painless or easy. This is the 21 days to a new you! We work you hard with a series of different training sessions and Trainers that has been designed to push you to your limits- 6 days a week. This is the kick start you have been waiting for!
You’ll work completely under the supervision of a Trainer who will be in contact with you over the 21 days. Your Trainer will set your program with you for the 21 days – there is no flexibility at all. And you will be given a strict, non-negotiable diet that we expect you to stick to every day over the duration of the program. The good news is that the food is really easy to prepare and delicious – plus it’s easy to incorporate into your lifestyle after the 21 days.

Brutal Max 28 Day program
Get another 28 Days of support and continue to get results.
Again, you’ll continue to progress by working with the support and guidance of your Trainer who will remain in contact with you over the 21 days. This time around, we ease up a bit on the training hard every day and you and your Trainer will set your program with you for the 28 days -again, this is a set program that cannot be changed – you have made the commitment so we are here to help you make it happen.
You will continue on with a strict, non-negotiable diet (incidentally delicious and with NO supplements) that we expect you to stick to every day over the duration of the program. The good news is that the food is really easy to prepare and you’ll find it easy to maintain.
