Need a session that is challenging but child friendly? Or a boot camp session that runs after you have dropped the littlies to school?
You’ll get the benefits of Personal Training without the cost! Our unique program focus on exercises for women that maximize fat loss and really BOOST your metabolism. You also get a progressive program of cardio training too – we’ll teach how to run and get you doing things you only ever dreamt about!
We don’t have courses with start dates – you get started when YOU are ready. We don’t have rugby style instructors or men used to training sport groups taking your sessions – our all female staff are fulltime Babes employees dedicated to bringing you the very best female specific training. That doesn’t mean we take it easy or patronise you with basic routines – it just means we understand how to get the best out of you!
These are family friendly sessions and we do welcome children. Most workouts run near playgrounds or other child-friendly areas.

Can’t find a time to suit you? Start your own group and we’ll come to you! Mixed groups, children and post-school drop off session times all available.
