Our all female team of Personal Trainers design their sessions to meet the
specific needs of the women attending. ‘Babes’ Trainers are specialized women’s fitness practitioners that understand your needs, your body and how to get the best out of you!
Babe Squad boot camps were started as a program women could go to without any prior exercise experience. Learn how to take charge of your health and fitness, and understand your bodies capabilities. Empowering women with the knowledge and understanding of what to do, how hard to do it and how often changes your life as you start each day with an accomplishment.
There’s also no men – or any male Trainers! Women have different bodies, metabolism and needs so by removing the male element, we are left with concentrating on effective training techniques that suit women by women. We can feedback everything from proper bra fittings to how to train effectively during ‘that time of the month’.
Small group training also means you can afford to come long term and helps you to create local support networks of like minded women while getting visible results. By ensuring our clients emotional and physical needs are met, we are able to deliver a revolutionary series of programs that empower our female clientele. We see life changing results and are tremendously proud of the programs we run.
Each client works with a Babes food / training diary to plan and record each week plus to track ongoing progress!

How much will it cost me?
We work in advance with a flexible, user friendly system that allows you to book and pay for the amount of sessions you can attend. A minimum of two high intensity sessions per week will give you a great work out plus ample recovery time between sessions.
You can swap session times, locations and trainers through your schedule. The important thing is to get to all booked sessions. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the system will not credit.
Payments are weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly and continue on a regular schedule along with your bookings for as long as you require. There are no contracts.
Each session is $18.50 and you can choose your attendance days, locations and trainers depending on your needs.
Specialist members only programs: Foxy Boxing and Sole Mates Running are included in the same price – both are Saturday morning 7am sessions at Studio 340, 340 Walcott St, Coolbinia.
