We know that 80% of your results come from what you eat and do in between sessions.  We also know that what to eat is a confusing and complicated process when we are bombarded with contradictory information.

Jo Beer, Dietitian, has gone to extraordinary lengths to produce some brilliant eating plans for our clients.  The meals are ‘normal’ – you won’t need to go and purchase expensive supplements – and they are delicious.  The whole household will be able to eat the food.  The focus isn’t on fast water loss like many fad diets and won’t result in slowing your metabolism. We haven’t excluded ANY food groups.  They are all necessary and we want you to be able to continue the program beyond your initial couple of weeks by taking the simple principles and applying them to every day life.

These plans focus on building lean muscle, improving whole food intake and regulating blood sugar levels.  We don’t want you getting to 3pm every day with every single cell in your body screaming for sugar.  These diet plans help you bust out of that rut.  You’ll be given information for snacks, meals and the occasional cheat day to keep you sane!
